Yurihonjo City QR cashless campaign: PayPay, d払い, au PAY, Rakuten Pay, and AEON Pay at designated shops. General stores up to 20%, large stores (floor area >1,000 m²) up to 5%. PayPay cap ¥1,000/txn and ¥5,000 period.

City frames it as cost-of-living support plus local consumption; open to anyone paying at participating shops (poster-marked). In-store only. Tobacco and convenience stores excluded. May end early when budget runs out.
