NEXCO West stops selling this pass on Mar 31, 2027, so buy it before then if it fits your trip. Same visitor eligibility as the Hokkaido pass. The old nationwide Japan Expressway Pass and Central Nippon pass are discontinued; this category is regional passes only.
Who can use it
Visitors: non-Japanese passport holders, and Japanese citizens with permanent residency overseas. You must rent a car from a participating company and hold a valid licence or international driving permit.
